Is the Kendama Culture online store legit?

Kendama Culture started because of our passion for Kendamas. It’s serious fun and so we take kendamas very seriously here and because of that we strive to offer the best in both product, service and knowledge. Every Kendama that you see in our store has been played and tested by the members of our team. We make it a point to only sell Kendamas that have our stamp of approval when it comes to quality and playability.

Why is my Kendama getting uglier?

Kendamas are meant to be damaged and weathered. The more ‘beat’ they are, the better they play. When you wear in your Kendama, it’s a good sign that you’re putting in the hours of practice and getting better.

Perfect, undamaged Kendama? ….Nope. Not here.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! However, all courier costs are to be paid by the buyer.

 

What are the available payment options?

But we accept Paypal, Internet Bank Transfer or Cash-On-Delivery at selected locations (Please email us to find out more).

For Bank Transfers, please send a screenshot of the successful transfer to kendamaculture@gmail.com for us to confirm that the payment has been made.

 

What are your return policies?

As much as we would like to, products sold are not refundable unless there was a mistake regarding the order. We also do not cover damages due to use of the Kendama. (Refer to the question concerning this above). It is natural for a Kendama to get dented and chipped over time. In fact, many players prefer a worn in Kendama as they have better grip and handling.

 

Why have I not received my item(s) yet?

After receiving confirmation of your payment we will  post the item(s) the next Monday (Posting Day). If necessary, we would be more than happy to send you an email of the tracking ID. If you have not receive your item(s) after 2 weeks, it may be due to:

– Your item(s) was lost during shipping. Kindly check with your local courier service station (PosLaju) with the provided tracking number. Item(s) lost during shipping will not be refunded.

– Incorrect/insufficient address information, incorrect name/company, etc. Please check that you have filled in the correct details before checking out. We will notify you via email upon receiving the returned parcel.

– High traffic at the post office. We will try our best to find out the status of your items.

 

Why is the colour of my Kendama different from the photos?

Nobody can ever be sure we’re all seeing the same colours. It’s just what we think we see…right?

However, in all fairness, the actual colours of the item may appear different due to lighting as well as minor variations in manufacturing. We do our best to ensure that our photos are the best representation of the colour of the product to allow customers to be certain of their choice before purchase.
